Clearview has developed tailored training reports to support the A/P team, Procurement and Sourcing, Logistics, and each site location. Each department will have a scheduled monthly call to review the training material.
Additionally, we have created department-specific KPI reports to track monthly improvements. These reports are designed to ensure a yearly reduction in each root cause claim type.
