As Principal at Clearview Accounting Solutions, Phil Keeneth leads the Global Commercial A/P Recovery and Contract Compliance Teams. His focus on client satisfaction and value-add creation has been instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships.
Phil began his career in the Retail and Government sectors before transitioning to the Commercial sector in 2007. His experience spans industries such as Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment, Manufacturing, Insurance, Banking, and Petrochemical. Before joining Clearview, Phil gained valuable experience at PRGX, Apex Analytix, and Basware.
Phil has a Bachelor in Science degree in Business Marketing from Southern Illinois University. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he was part of the Marine Detachment aboard the USS Saratoga and served in 1/8, WPNS Company. Phil currently resides in Columbus, OH, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their dog, Rosco.
With a proven track record of leading business-critical transformations and turnarounds, Elizabeth has consistently demonstrated her expertise in achieving exceptional levels of commercial excellence, new product development, operational efficiencies, intrapreneurial cultures, and customer-focused innovations.
For the past four years at INEOS Calabrian, first as Vice President of the Commercial business and now as COO/GM, Elizabeth has been relied upon for her business transformation expertise, ability to achieve desired results in lean environments, and implementation of operational and sales discipline to deliver double-digit margin growth. Her seasoned leadership skills have been crucial in navigating the unprecedented challenges of a global pandemic, a historic natural disaster season, and major supply chain disruptions, resulting in an account churn rate of less than 5% and a 25% top-line growth trajectory in 2020 and 2021.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing and Logistics from The Ohio State University and an MBA in International Business from Wright State University. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Phil, and their dog, Rosco.
